How it Works

Its as easy as this

1. Register/Login

  • The Login/Registration window is on the right hand side of the page.
  • Once you have regsitered you will be able to update any of the fields in your profile, including the password which is sent to you in the activation email below. 
  • When you submit your registration an activation email will be sent to you , containing
    • a link to activate your account (you must activate your account before you Login)
    • a password to login with
  • If you don't receive the activation email please send an email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Will will activate you asap.

2. Placing an order

  • We process orders twice a week
  • Place your order Wed-Sun(Midnight) and your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • Place your order Mon-Tue(Midnight) and your order will be delivered on Thursday.

STEP 1 - Go to the Online Shop page, or select a category from the Product Category Menu


STEP 2 - Add Quantity to Cart for each product you wish to purchase

STEP 3 - When you are ready, click the Show Cart link (bottom of shopping Basket)  and proceed to Checkout (Do NOT push Log Out)

3. Checkout Process

        STEP 1 - Click Show Cart at the bottom of your Basket window on right of screen.(Do NOT push Log Out)

        STEP 2 - Check the contents of your Basket, scroll to bottom of page and click Checkout

        STEP 3 - Please Select a Delivery Address.

As a new customer you will only be presented with 1 option, namely - "Default - Same as Billing".

By selecting this option your order will be delivered to your Billing Address which you registered with.

Altenatively, you can Add New Delivery Address(s). You can add the address of a Collection Point, or your own other specified address.

        STEP 4 - Select a Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery
    • Cash payments can be made to our driver on delivery - or directly to the Collection Point.
  • Electronic Bank Transfer
    • Payment is required prior to delivery, please make your payment to
      • Name  - Organic Footprints
      • Bank - FNB
      • Branch - 211417
      • Acc No - 6262 471 6059 (Savings account)
    • Please use your Cust ID as the reference. You will find it on your invoice which will be delivered with your order
    • Please note that we do not run accounts at Organic Footprints.

       STEP 5 - Scroll to the bottom of page and Click Next

       STEP 6 - Review your final Order Value  and SERVICE FEES

Pls note that additional fees may be applicable for deliveries on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth.

       STEP 7 -  Tick the Box of Agree of terms of use. Please make sure you read them.

                    Click Confirm Order at bottom of page


Your order will be delivered to your door, or your chosen Collection  Point, on Tuesday or Thursday.


Once you have Clicked Confirm Order, an Order Confirmation Email will be sent to you.
